Delivery time
Delivery within Austria: within 2-4 business days.
Delivery to other EU countries/Switzerland: 5-8 business days.

If you have ordered items, which are not in our stock or a custom order, delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery time is 6-8 weeks. These items are marked on the site, so you will know in advance before ordering!

Reliable and timely shipping and delivery are very important to us. Therefore we have carefully selected our partner shipping companies GLS and Die Post AG. Since unfortunately we are not able to deliver each order in person and we have to rely on our shipping partners, we are not able to guarantee these shipping times 100% - especially during the holidays.

Shipping fees
To guarantee the best conditions we do not charge a flat rate for shipping. The shipping fee for each order is individually calculated by amount of your order and shipping destination. Shipping fees are shown during the ordering process after you have entered the delivery address.

Deliveries to Switzerland: Please note that additional taxes and fees might occur. You will find further information at http://xtares.admin.ch.

Collect on delivery: Do you prefer to pay cash upon delivery of your order? Collect on delivery makes it possible. There will be an additional fee of 3.50 EURO. This option is only possible when ordering within Austria.

Return Policy
You can return a purchased product without giving reasons within 7 working days upon receipt of the product. The products returned in this way must be returned complete and in their original packaging. Custom products are excluded from the right of return. The costs applicable to the return of products must be borne by the client.
